INTERSECTIONAL THEORY

Implementing intersectional theory is not as easy as one might hope. In order to become an intersectional business, one must first diversify the workplace by hiring people with intersectional backgrounds. However, the process cannot stop there. As an HR representative, one must create an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable expressing who they are as individuals. Pay equality is a must: men and women of any race who perform the same job receive the same wage. Equal opportunities for insurances must be available to all employees, regardless of disability or sexual orientation. Basic human rights must be afforded to all.
